Event venues and venue operators
Ticketing and payment providers, including Flicket and Stripe
Contractors, suppliers and service providers who assist us in operating our events or business
Security, medical, emergency response and health and safety personnel
Event officials, scrutineers, sanctioning organisations and competition administrators
Insurers, professional advisers and legal representatives
Government agencies, regulators or law enforcement where required or permitted by law
Other event organisers or delivery partners where they are involved in providing the event or service you have requested
For health and safety purposes, relevant information may be provided to venues, event officials, emergency services or contractors. We will limit this to information reasonably required for event operations, safety or emergency response.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Premier Events does not receive or store your complete payment card details. Payment providers process this information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Marketing and advertising
Where permitted, we may use your contact details to send you news, ticket information, event announcements and promotional emails relating to Premier Events and the events we operate.
We may also use website analytics, cookies and advertising technologies to understand how people use our websites and to measure or improve our advertising.
